Tremella Mushrooms were initially reserved for the wealthy and Royalty due to the benefits they mushroom is believed to hold. Often referred to as the ‘beauty mushrooms’, Tremella mushrooms were historically used as they were believed to assist with hydrating skin and containing rejuvenating properties.
The history of the mushroom traces back centuries, being used by various cultures for culinary and traditional purposes. Renowned for their appearance (looking like turkey’s tail) and subtle flavor, these mushrooms have been incorporated into diverse cuisines and rituals across different regions.

Many companies have opted to use the full mushroom within their products as opposed to an extract. Using the full mushroom results in the finished product likely not containing enough of the active ingredient. This is why we only use extract.
Although there is only 400mg of extract contained within the capsule, there’s 20x the amount of active ingredient stored in it (8000mg)! This is why we say the product is made using a 20:1 Extract.

We cannot discuss the benefits of Tremella but it has been traditionally used to support skin hydration, elasticity, and immune balance, and is rich in natural antioxidants and beta-glucans.

The Buyer shall inspect the goods forthwith upon delivery and shall within five days of delivery notify the Seller in writing of any matter or reason whereof the buyer alleges that the goods are not following the contract.

The return of any goods will not be accepted unless the Seller or its authorised representative shall first have had the opportunity to consider the Buyer’s reasons for returning the goods and to accept the return thereof. If the Buyer shall fail to give notice as aforesaid the goods shall be deemed to be in all respects following the contract and the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. An Authorisation Reference Number will be given to enable the Buyer to return the goods.
NO goods will be accepted without a Reference Number.

Damaged goods claims will be processed within 5 working days of notification, as will shortfalls in the order.

If the Buyer mistakenly ordered the wrong product, the Seller will refund the cost of the goods (less the initial delivery charge) when they are received back by the Seller in a re-saleable condition. The cost of return shall be paid by the Buyer and will not be refunded.

All goods that are being returned must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the Buyer received them. Returned goods that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded and will be returned to the Buyer.

All returns must be sent back to the Seller by registered post or by other means that require a signature of receipt of the goods at the seller’s warehouse or reception.

The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return. E-Liquids will only be accepted for return if they are in a re-saleable condition, unopened and the tamper-proof protection remains intact. Returns due to incompatibility. Goods that appear not to work with particular hardware are often labelled as being faulty. However, this is not usually the case. If the items show to be faulty after the Seller has tested the products, the Buyer shall then be refunded for the return postal charge + the goods cost at the time of purchase. However, if the items returned are only incompatible, the Seller cannot refund the postage cost. As the items are not faulty, the Seller cannot accept responsibility for this. It is, therefore, the Buyer’s responsibility to check any compatibility information available before purchase.
