Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a refund, the supplements must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging due to health and safety regulations. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products
are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before
leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receiving the goods. Please contact us via email (info@lifeessentials.co.uk) and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

Lost in Transit
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us about this as soon as possible for us to investigate this further. If the parcel does not show and tracking confirms there is no update, company policy is to reship the package. If tracking confirms the item has been received and signed for but the customer has still not received this, again we can offer a reship upon completion of further investigation by shipping company (Royal Mail etc). This further investigation usually takes around 3-5 working days to complete once contacted. As company policy we do not offer refunds on lost parcels without firstly processing one reship to fulfill the original order.
