A a Yoga teacher and teaching Wellbeing in a secondary school. I’m all for herbal supplements. I lead a busy life. I believe Ashwagandha reduces stress levels and I recommend it to parents for their children.

I have not been paid by anyone to put the review on here. I don't usually do reviews either..but quickly I will say I find these are working. I haven't felt stressed as much and didn't think about it and then all of a sudden I thought well maybe the Ashwagandha is the reason. I didn't put 2 and 2 together, but what else could it be? Anyway, you may want to try it out before bed time. They say take l Theanine with it, might have to get some and take it together. Best to you all.

My first time trying the product. I normally take it in the evening to help calm me down. Find that this aids my sleep cycle, and with this I sleep like a newborn baby. Since it is pure organic, I only take up to what is recommended daily. I've been on 4-5 day workout schedule after my sessions, in the evening I take Ashwagandha with my evening meal. If you are trying this product for the first time don't over do it. Any supplement necessitates adjustment. I know how my body is therefore I'm very careful about what I put in and how much. If you want some stress relief, and better sleep I would highly recommend this product.

Love this product. Generally more chilled with life 😊 Will continue to invest in ashwagandha as I head towards menopause as I noticed my energy is more stable and moods are balanced and I don't get the usual premenstrual symptoms.
